Precision tools.
Thoughtfully applied.
Peptides are one of the most promising frontiers in longevity medicine. We offer them carefully, transparently, and only through regulated channels.
What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids - the building blocks of proteins - that occur naturally in the body. They act as signaling molecules, telling cells and tissues to repair, regenerate, reduce inflammation, or regulate hormones.
As we age, our natural peptide production declines. Therapeutic peptides are designed to mimic or augment specific biological signaling pathways.
Think of them as precision messengers. Rather than broadly flooding or blocking a system the way many pharmaceuticals do, peptides work with a narrower, more targeted scope of action.
The research is growing - across endocrinology, regenerative medicine, immunology, orthopaedics and sports medicine. Some peptides are FDA-approved with well-established profiles. Others are earlier in the pipeline. Knowing the difference matters, and that's exactly what we're here to navigate with you.
Compounded medications through licensed pharmacies.
At Forged, We prescribe peptide therapies when available and, when clinically appropriate and legally permissible, compounded medications sourced exclusively from licensed 503A- and 503B-certified compounding pharmacies. That means pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, sterility testing, batch records, and regulatory accountability - every time.
Growth Hormone Support
Sermorelin and other FDA-approved growth hormone secretagogues support lean muscle, metabolism, sleep, and energy by stimulating your body's own GH production.
GLP-1 Therapy
FDA-approved GLP-1 receptor agonists for metabolic health and weight management — integrated thoughtfully alongside nutrition, hormone optimization, and lifestyle support.
Collagen & Tissue Support
Approved peptide-based compounds to support skin integrity, collagen production, and cellular regeneration — the same longevity philosophy applied to your foundation.
An update on the peptides we're watching.
On July 23–24, 2026, the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) met to review seven peptides for potential inclusion on the 503A compounding list. The committee voted to recommend six of the seven — BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax, and Epitalon. Emideltide (DSIP) was the one substance the committee voted against.
We want to be clear about what this does and doesn't mean. A committee recommendation is not FDA approval, and it isn't a green light for compounding pharmacies to begin production. The FDA still has to complete formal rulemaking before any of these substances can legally be compounded — a process that typically takes many months, and by some estimates could extend into 2027. We won't offer any of these peptides until that pathway is fully resolved and our pharmacy partners are compliant.
Our standards. Every time.
- Peptides and compounds that meet state & federal regulatory requirements. We do not prescribe research-only peptides. "Research use only" is not a loophole - it means a substance is not manufactured to pharmaceutical standards and is not intended for human administration.
- 503A and 503B certified pharmacies only. Every peptide & compounded medication we prescribe comes from a licensed compounding pharmacy with sterility testing, batch records, and full regulatory accountability.
- Whole-patient evaluation before anything is prescribed. Labs, hormones, lifestyle, goals - we look at the full picture first. The protocol has to fit the person.
- Honest about what we know and what we don't. We follow the research. We stay current with FDA guidance. And we'll always tell you where a peptide sits on the evidence spectrum.
- We monitor and adjust. Peptide therapy isn't set-and-forget. Your response informs every next step.
The practitioners you can actually talk to.
We came from conventional medicine - Our backgrounds span orthopaedics, neurology, sleep medicine, surgery, trauma, ENT, primary care. We understand the system. We also understand where it leaves gaps when it comes to proactive, optimized health.
That background means we approach peptides with clinical rigor — not hype. We're not selling a stack. We're building a plan that fits your biology.
Whether you've heard about peptides from a podcast, a friend, or another provider — we'll help you cut through the noise. We'll tell you what fits your picture, what doesn't, and why.
Our goal is to be the practitioners you trust to navigate this space with you — not just prescribe into it.
